Practical help, close to home

The little jobs add up.
Let’s get them handled.

Foothills focuses on small-to-medium projects that need a capable, careful hand—not a major remodel crew.

01

Home repairs & installs

Door adjustments, curtain rods, blinds, wall-mounted items, furniture assembly, weatherstripping, and caulking.

02

Doors, cabinets & hardware

Minor door repairs, cabinet adjustments, and replacing or installing the hardware that makes things work smoothly.

03

Small carpentry

Minor trim repairs, shelves, simple built-ins, furniture repair or modification, and select small woodworking projects.

04

Minor wall repairs

Small drywall patches and touch-up work connected to a repair—useful fixes, not a full-house drywall or painting project.

Some work calls for a specialty trade. If a project needs a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or other specialist, I’ll be clear about that before work begins.

For property managers & real estate

The fixes between.

When a property needs a handful of repairs before the next tenant, showing, or inspection follow-up, Foothills can help work through the list one practical item at a time.

A good fit looks like

“I’ve been meaning to fix that.”

Too small for a contractor, but still needs to get done. That’s the kind of work Foothills is built around.

01

Send the details

Share what needs attention, where the property is, and when you’d like it done. A short list is fine.

02

Confirm the fit

I’ll follow up with questions, request photos if they would help, and discuss scope and scheduling.

03

Get it taken care of

You’ll coordinate directly with the owner-operator doing the work, with clear updates along the way.

A little about Foothills

Thoughtful work,
from a hands-on problem solver.

My professional background is in software engineering, and I bring the same methodical, detail-oriented approach to practical work around homes. I have substantial personal experience with DIY repairs, home maintenance, woodworking, and home projects, and I enjoy diagnosing a problem and finding a useful solution.

Foothills is owner-operated, so you’ll work directly with me—from the first conversation through scheduling and the work itself. I focus on small-to-medium projects, clear communication, and doing careful work rather than rushing through a high volume of jobs.
